Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including sales transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency for POS systems.
