Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a clean, appealing, and safe shopping environment.
- Stock inventory and restock shelves as needed to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
