Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating and selecting the right equipment for their needs.
- Demonstrate the proper and safe use of equipment to customers to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the sales floor and equipment showroom in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
