- Deliver exceptional customer service using provided sales tablets and POS systems
- Operate boutique equipment including fitting room management tools and inventory scanners
- Utilize provided uniform and accessories to maintain brand standards
- Process transactions using company-issued payment devices
- Merchandise displays using provided styling tools and fixtures
- Participate in team meetings with provided digital collaboration tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Comfortable using provided technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Raleigh location
