Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert recommendations on equipment and gear.
- Sales Operations: Process transactions accurately at the register, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Equipment Handling: Demonstrate proper usage and care of equipment to customers to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and management to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

- Equipment Provided: Must be willing to utilize and maintain company-provided uniforms and tools.
