Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays with accuracy and efficiency to maintain high inventory levels.
- Organize merchandise, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and clean the sales floor.
- Assist in processing incoming deliveries and unloading trucks early in the morning.
- Greet customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and handling merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory checks.
