Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided sales tools and tablets
- Process transactions efficiently with company-issued POS systems
- Organize and merchandise products using provided equipment (mannequins, hangers, etc.)
- Assist with inventory management via company-provided scanners
- Operate store equipment (e.g., fitting room monitors, security systems) as trained
- Participate in team meetings using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using provided technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location
- Positive attitude with team collaboration mindset
