Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for safety hazards and assist in preventing theft or damage to merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
