Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments with accuracy and speed
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, rotated, and meet freshness criteria
- Maintain organized stockrooms and implement FIFO inventory systems
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (shifts typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking procedures
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
