Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Ensure all products are priced, labeled, and rotated following FIFO standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight teams to optimize stocking workflows
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for 4-6 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Valid driver's license (if operating warehouse equipment)
