Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly greetings and efficient checkout assistance
- Scan and bag merchandise while adhering to food safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organized displays during downtime
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
