Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided equipment (POS systems, tablets, etc.)
- Operate store technology and tools to process transactions efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with provided fixtures and displays
- Assist in inventory management using provided scanners and software
- Process returns and exchanges using provided equipment and protocols
- Train on new technologies and tools as provided by the company
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization using provided supplies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn provided equipment and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
