Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using provided POS systems and scanners
- Provide friendly assistance with product inquiries and promotions
- Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation and transaction records
- Operate provided equipment including barcode scanners, cash registers, and payment terminals
- Assist with store inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Ensure checkout area cleanliness and organized product displays
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/credit transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to Baltimore work locations
