Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and store policies with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, price changes, and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
