Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer transactions.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with high accuracy and accountability.
- Bag customer purchases neatly and assist with loading items into vehicles when needed.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with bags and supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a calm and helpful manner.
Qualifications
