Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high operational standards.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company policies and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail regarding pricing, signage, and product presentation.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
