Responsibilities
- Unload & Organize: Safely unload delivery trucks and organize incoming merchandise to maintain optimal store flow.
- Stock Shelves: Ensure all products are stocked, rotated, and priced accurately according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the management team.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Cashier Support: Occasionally assist at the register or handle customer inquiries regarding product locations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a neat appearance.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Experience: Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
