Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising displays to highlight seasonal collections and promotional items
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment tasks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organized displays
- Participate in floor moves and seasonal store transformations
- Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions and store operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for fashion retail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail in merchandising and transaction processing
