Responsibilities

- Maintain store appearance and organization, including stocking shelves and setting displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations.
