As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers find exactly what they need. Your morning shifts will be fast-paced and rewarding, offering the chance to contribute to a team that values hard work and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise delivered to the warehouse or store.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Rotate inventory regularly to ensure the oldest stock is sold first (FIFO) and maintain freshness.
- Keep the sales floor, back room, and stockroom clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move heavy stock.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and seasonal stocking preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM or earlier).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning prices and managing inventory counts.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and security protocols.
