Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to meet daily sales targets and support store operations.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
