Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Stock, organize, and visually merchandise displays to reflect current trends and brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and tagging merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising updates and seasonal promotions
- Support loss prevention efforts by following security protocols and monitoring store activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and trends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
