Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize, fronting, and restock merchandise to ensure visual standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in processing returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.
