Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Support store operations through restocking, cleaning, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
