Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Restock shelves and display areas with new products promptly and efficiently.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO) and products remain fresh.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company safety protocols.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and documentation.
- Greet customers and assist them with locating products when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions.
- Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the USA.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
