Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales.
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment and tools for their specific projects.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle inventory counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
