Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon entry, assessing their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and proper use of our equipment to potential buyers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and upcoming promotions to provide informed service.
Qualifications
