Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting clients and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Execute daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain high visual standards by ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed attractively.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve aggressive sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professional problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with technology and retail software systems.
