Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and inventory guidelines
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure product freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew for efficient inventory management
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory systems as required
- Report inventory discrepancies or maintenance issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts (20-25 hours/week)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Pacific Ave location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
