Responsibilities
- Restock Shelves: Efficiently replenish merchandise to ensure shelves are full and organized according to plan-o-grams.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners to track stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, tidy, and safe throughout your shift.
- Customer Readiness: Ensure the store is fully stocked and ready for customer traffic by opening time.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and remove any unsellable items from the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Skills: Good reading and basic math skills for ticketing and inventory counts.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of organization.
