Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional, friendly demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling returns/exchanges.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain visual standards and maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices and POS software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required for any remote administrative duties.
