Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to every customer and offer personalized assistance to help them find exactly what they are looking for.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product lines, pricing, and promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently and accurately.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.
- Inventory Management: Participate in regular stock counts, replenish merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform various physical tasks within the retail environment.
