Responsibilities
- Receive and unload merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Organize the backroom and warehouse storage areas to maintain inventory flow.
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
- Perform price checks and ensure pricing accuracy on all products.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina required to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory and price verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in retail, warehousing, or stocking is a plus but not required.
