Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers with a warm smile and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly, ensuring all balances are correct.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist in inventory management and end-of-day cash reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
