Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service with product expertise across apparel, accessories, and home goods
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets through upselling and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management to ensure product availability
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout all operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
