Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and problem-solving
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to maintain appealing store displays
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, counts, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and store maintenance duties
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with adaptability to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
