Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and transaction processing
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and accurately manage cash drawers
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including restocking, displays, and inventory counts
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols while maintaining organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales goals and KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions, new launches, and special events
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling principles a plus
- Reliable transportation to Buckhead location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
