Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves, display areas, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure product freshness
- Perform price verification and markdown labeling as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless operational handoffs
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management tasks
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage, AK location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
