Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in visual merchandising and display updates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Handle product returns and exchanges per company policy
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
