Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via chat, email, and phone, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and server errors.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and suggest feature improvements.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new users to ensure they maximize our platform's potential.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential downtime risks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a home office setup.
