Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to maintain 99.8% data integrity standards
- Process high-volume transactions with an average of 8,000 keystrokes per shift
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with offshore teams during crossover periods for seamless operations
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Maintain 100% adherence to SLA deadlines during peak processing hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Associate degree in Information Management or equivalent certification
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred
