Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain sensitive government datasets using proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process confidential documents with strict adherence to security protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with day-team staff during handover periods
- Adhere to all federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit purposes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Experience with government data systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
