Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage attendee flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with venue staff and event organizers
- Set up/breakdown event spaces according to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
