Responsibilities
- Execute event operations including setup, guest registration, and teardown
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance during events
- Coordinate with vendors and team leads via remote communication tools
- Manage digital event documentation and reporting remotely
- Uphold safety protocols and venue regulations during on-site shifts
- Assist with virtual event components and hybrid event coordination
- Conduct post-event analysis and documentation from remote location
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site shifts
