Responsibilities
- Guest registration and credential management at VIP events
- Execute crowd control protocols and venue safety procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event logistics teams in real-time
- Manage interactive stations and attendee engagement activities
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Provide concierge services and directional guidance
- Report operational issues to event managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese or Chinese a plus
