Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine workspace by cleaning equipment, restocking inventory, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience or equivalent training
