Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, conferences, and sporting events
- Manage attendee flow, check-ins, and venue access control
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Resolve attendee inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with security, vendors, and event management teams
- Document incidents and maintain accurate shift reports
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours during shifts
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to various Bay Area venues
