Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in designated Tucson neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as specified by clients
- Maintain detailed pet behavior and activity logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all weather conditions
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and their families
- Coordinate with team leads for schedule optimization
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service excellence
- Ability to walk up to 6 dogs simultaneously (with proper training)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
