Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously while maintaining control and ensuring pet comfort
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic care as per client instructions
- Monitor pets for health/wellness changes and document observations accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding pet status and schedule updates
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicles during shifts
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build strong client relationships through reliable, personalized service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS capability
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Basic knowledge of canine behavior and first aid
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
