Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs simultaneously in designated neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents via app
- Maintain detailed records of walks, behavior, and health observations
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup, leash handling)
- Follow specific client instructions regarding routes, treats, and handling
- Respond promptly to schedule changes and client requests
- Attend monthly safety and training workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to handle large dogs (up to 80 lbs)
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- CPR/First-Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability 15+ hours weekly including weekends
- Local Houston residency preferred
